Spring fling dress

This dress has a satin bodice with tulle bows on the shoulders. It has floral details on the front of the bodice. The tulle tutu has flower details along the bottom edge. It has buttons at the neck and the mid section for ease of putting on. The tutu snaps onto the bodice so you can wear the tutu separate. Sizes listed are by neck size but please list pups exact neck size, chest girth, waist size, and length from base of neck to base of tail in the notes.
